Absolutely no customer service. The lad serving me was so rude and lacking basic manners and politeness. I won't be returning to be faced by such rude members of staff in this shop. Security was polite but that's the only thing I can say about this place. I really wonder how the lad serving me got the job with such a lack of basic things that used to be required to get this job. I'll stick with buying from original companies online and avoid this company in the future. The more and more people who stop shopping here and start shopping online will eventually close this shop. If they can't train there staff the absolute basics in customer service then we need to let them close. By the way if you buy the same things online from other companies it works out way cheaper

There is a fantastic range of sports shoes ordinary walking boots, socks, and outdoor clothing. Leisurewear tracksuits they also had a very good selection of rock band t-shirts, including quite a few by The Rolling Stones, although I didn't notice them this morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although I was there at a very quiet time. Got exactly what I wanted, in and out in 15 minutes.

the guy with the black hair and glasses is a absolute clown looking at me and giving me dirty looks watching me like a hawk making out I’m a shoplifter wouldn’t mind just bought my daughter some trainers from there and spent £120 in here need to teach your staff some manners disgusting attitude won’t be getting another penny out of me again !!!!!!

Looked around the day before & liked what i saw in the polo shirts so went back on the Monday morning when they wasn't as busy the store has got bargains & offers everywhere you looked i asked one of the assistants if it was possible to try these on to make sure they fitted with this Covid-19 still going on i didn't know if you was but he was very helpful & showed me where the changing rooms was they keep them locked so the girl who was serving opened 1 up for me & because of my disability undid all the buttons which was extremely kind i even asked her if she thought it fitted ok with been on my own & she complemented me on my look which was also nice so bought the 3 for £16 in different colours which there is loads to choose from & bought the 2 for £18 because the quality was superb there's entrance in & different door to go out so felt very safe while shopping here so will definitely go back.

Realy freindly staff...brilliant management team I can honnestly say this shop is one of my best shops to go in ...fantastic customer service... always make you feel so well come... I would recommend this shop to any customer....outstanding customer satisfaction..
