My ex partner was put into here after splitting with her partner. She also has a daughter who is 4. There is silverfish running around the floor which some I killed also the room was cold. Wasn't the place for a 4 year old. This was suggested through hull city council. Is ok for just adults. But not for children. She even had a panic attack and its me that had to deal with this. The house stunk of canibis as soon as we walked in which lingered through into her and her daughters room. No stay. Even when its paid for says something.
I'd give this 0 stars as stayed hear with my son who's 7 for 3 nights because we had become homeless through no fault of ours so Hull City council put us hear which was good because it was a roof over our heads until got permanent accommodation we would never told of any rules except keep front door locked at all times and no eating in rooms except snacks as I had my son with me yet on the last night the manager came to our room who I'd never met before with a very aggressive and threatening matter than we can't stay dew to breaking rules which we never did when I ask what rules he said food in room and moving the single bed which I did morve because my dad was bringing the rest of mine and son cloths and belonging and there was very little room for suit cases and lots of bags my son's food was eaten all the milk drank yet the lady said food would be OK left in the kitchen cupboard i also heard 1 night people talking about drugs and alcohol and of using them it's a very hard and stressful time for the both of us at the minute so be aware do not go to this place I'm also taking the matter further as my son doesn't deservple this at please read this don't ignore thanks sorry forgot to mention the 2 pictures are of the only fire escape on our second floor blocked by a double wardrobe
They've nearly finished refurbishing it. A few minor things still to be done but it will be a good value, budget B&B.
Very nice welcome when arrived..
Under new management Closed until February 2018 for refurbishment
