I have stayed at Endsleigh park hotel while working in Hull. I have stayed there for 2-3 months. Rooms are clean and tidy. Warm room. Warm shower. Very peaceful and quiet. Excellent cooking facilities to cook your own meals. Excellent prices for stays. Very professional and helpful staff. A real credit to the hotel. If I had to add weekends or extra days onto my booking they were very accommodating. Excellent place to stay.
Good location, more like a hostel than a hotel.Clean but windows drafty, beds uncomfortable, very basic, shared kitchen, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom fairly modern, the only positive was the polite ghost possibly a french nun, my pattner was coming upstairs opened the door a womans voice said merci beaucoup but noone was there and he got a cold feeling right across his shoulders, so worth staying if you are a ghost hunter for the experience. He wasnt sxared just shocked by the experience and No he wasnt drunk.
There is no reception so I was lucky to find a contractor working there who was nice and lead me to the office. Aniway, you will receive all the details and acces codes in email so, mace sure you ceck your email. The whole building is wonderfull, I like all those old wooden walls and stairs, but the management seems to be weak& greedy as everything what was done has been made with low buget and bad quality. The matrice was one of the worst I ever sleept on: you can feel all the springs and metal wires; it's impossible to sleep on it. The bed sheets were worn, smelling fresh. Instead of plastic blinds, curtains and drapes would have looked much better, but I think I'm expecting too much. The wooden floor was redone, it looks good but the work is done poorly and it's full of holes between the planks(such a shame). The room is missing a desk/table and a chair...I mean, it would be helpfull to have them but can live without. The bathroom was relatively clean but when I looked at the towels they looked used - with hair on them... I gave up on taking a shower: better with my own filth on myself than with someone else's. The light sensor in the bathroom was faulty and the light was on all night (too bad about the wasted electricity). The internet speed was very good. Coridor could be very loudy when others are steping, a carpet would help lowering the noise but I assume is just a matter of time till they will sort that out. The heating sistem was working perfect. Overall, an ok place, with many gaps but which promises for the future. Fingercross!
Comfortable rooms. Hybrid between hotel/self-catering. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Separate kitchen if you want to prepare food. Rooms are minimalist in design/decor. Think IKEA in style. Would recommend. WiFi and smart TV. Some rooms have en suite, some sharing bathrooms.
Good option for the price. We were watching Paul Heaton at the university which is around the corner. Basic clean rooms and although we didn’t see any staff for check-in etc there was good communication by email and a simple check-in check-out process. Nice grounds around the hotel and parking. Hull city centre really easy from there by public transport too.
