From the moment I arrived, the team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about guest comfort. The hotel is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed — every detail feels fresh and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and bright with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including high-quality beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a spotless bathroom. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Hull Paragon Interchange, restaurants, cafés, and all the main attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this place puts you right at the centre of everything. What really stood out for me was the excellent value for money. You get the standards of a high-end hotel at a very fair price, and it truly feels like home away from home. I highly recommend Heart of Hull Hotel to anyone visiting the city — couples, families, or solo travellers. You’ll love the comfort, cleanliness, and the welcoming atmosphere. Staff & Service: Excellent and fast communication (since it's self-check-in). Helpful, welcoming, friendly. Clear instructions for easy/contactless check-in. Location: Brilliant location, right in the heart of Hull. Convenient for the train station, shops, theatre, or attractions (like The Deep/Marina/City Hall). Amenities: free WiFi, the usefulness of the shared kitchen, or the hot tub/sauna . Good value for money. Atmosphere: Quiet and restful (if it was). Safe and secure access. A pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

For my three-week business trip, the Heart of Hull was an ideal base, truly living up to its name. The location is unmatched, just a three-minute walk from the train station, less than ten minutes from Tesco's, and providing easy access to all the city's amenities. The apartment was perfect, modern, new, and spotless, with a shower that had great pressure. The communal kitchen was a welcome bonus, and the high-speed internet made it easy to use the living area as a workspace. I was very impressed with the accommodations and would highly recommend the Heart of Hull to other business travelers.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I just have to share how great it was! The self check in was very easy and whenever I needed anything the owner was willing to answer any questions and was very helpful and polite on the phone. Personally I would recommend booking the hot tub as it was very unique me and my partner really enjoyed it. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a place in Hull that feels like a home away from home, this is definitely it.
