The Dorchester Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the 2nd day they did not put the heating on. I've tried to find someone at the reception but it was closed at 9pm. I've tried to contact someone the next day until someone was there at 8:45am. Although, it's advertised that the reception' opening hours are from 7am till 10pm. However, the location is very good and value for money.

I stayed here last night, great value for money clean warm room staff very nice thank-you Abdul he rang and asked when was checking in and was there to greet me when I arrived the only fault I can complain about is fact they was no spoon provided to stare my coffee but I will definitely stay there again

I recently visited this hotel for a few days and it was a lovely night stay. The beds were soft to satisfaction and the showers and toilets opporated like they should with a great TV service. The employees there were also really lovely and kind. I accidently got some stains on their sheets but they were really lovely and understanding about it. I would 100% come back here when I do. Walls might be thin but as long as you don't have noisy neighbours then you'll be fine

Been staying in Hull for a few weeks and have been in a few different digs, this is lovely. Very clean and tidy, staff brilliant. TV has all the channels you would expect, tea and coffee facilities 👍 it's classed as a budget hotel and yes it is but we have been staying in pricier places nearby and i would prefer to have been staying here. Looks like they have spent a few quid and I hope the investment pays off. 1 happy customer. Thanks again ☺️

Cheap and cheerful. Clean room with really good blackout blind and air conditioning. Shower was clean, towels given on check in. Everything you need for a night or 2. Guy on reception was helpful, friendly and polite. Would stay again.
