Ok for a cheap hotel, but not cheap! Very concerning policy of taking a photocopy of ID document (driving licence / passport). Not aware of any reason why a hotel even needs to see such for UK citizens (never been asked anywhere else) but see absolutely no reason for a copy to be taken. Was told no room key without copy of ID - beware....

Beds are so hard, feels like you're sleeping on the floor, pillows are so flat you need at least 3 and they give you one each. Bath had cracks in it and overall it was not the cleanliness you'd expect. I would definitely pay a little extra for a hotel that actually has a decent bed. NOT wheelchair accessible at all. Staff at reception were lovely though, cant fault them

The receptionist Savannah was very lovely and polite, our room was amazing and so big, the bed was extremely comfortable with nice clean sheets. While here I took full advantage of the jacuzzi bath which again was amazing, the bathroom was lovely and clean with nice clean towels. I couldn't of asked for a better room, you are right in the town close to everything you need - bonus arena, train station, pubs and bars and plenty of places to eat. Would most definitely stay here again.
