Superdrug

If I could give this a zero I certainly would, During my visit, 3 members of your staff approached and monitored me and my family in a way that felt accusatory and intimidating, as if we were attempting to steal something. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable, like we had done something wrong, we were made to feel like thief’s simply for browsing, this is completely unnecessary. I understand that loss prevention is important, but customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. The way we were approached was inappropriate and made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I will no longer shop at Superdrug!

Extremely rude ill mannered staff!! Been to boots very helpful and professional staff but at Superdrug they have no manners how to talk to customers specially when their custom pays their wages! Skinny lad with the glass in particular! Never again again spending a penny at Superdrug in general! Don’t deserve until they teach their staff how the customer service!

Just been to superdrug at crown point with my mum, my sister and my niece, looking for some Christmas presents. There was no other customers in the store or very little, me and my sister noticed wile we was looking there was a man stood looking down the isle a women stood at the end and then a women came and stood in the middle, no one asked if we need any help or had a smile on there faces! Making us feel like we was been watched for stealing! Fair enough I know people do steal and someone has to keep an eye out but it felt off!all them staff there was no need! We went into boots previously and no problem at all staff asking us if we needed help and didnt feel like we was been watched! Boots for the win superdrug have lost all our buisness!

Appalling service! RUDE STAFFS AT SUPERDRUG CROWNPOINT!!!! We was acused of stealing when we brought our own eyebrow pencil from home to try find a similar product which is a different brand that doesn't even EXIST in Superdrug. We got stopped at the door telling us that they saw on video that we put an eyebrow pencil in our bags and we showed them that this was ours, a brand that isnt even theirs the girl was very rude and she didnt even apologise she was being very aggressive. I then asked for an apology because of the nasty tone of voice she was using even after she admits that we didnt steal but no apology came out after asking 3 times still she didnt apologise instead huffed and puffed and showed more attitude. Instead of apologising she kept saying oh from her point of view this is what she saw and she gets it apparently thats what she says after asking her for an apology. To be honest looking at the previous reviews which are mostly negative and people have had the same experience as me , they dont deserve to be working there these rude staffs. Get your facts right first and treat your customers how they should be treated cause your making money because of US!

Be careful when you shopping with them. I paid for items and they told me that transaction didn't went thru while it was clearly written approved on the screen. They refused to give me my items and request me to pay again. Store manager was very unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant. Hopefully I will find the way to make a formal complaint on his name. Now I have 2 completed transactions from superdrug at my bank account.
