Popped in for some advice about a pair I'd bought about six months before where the sole was coming loose, and Matt very professionally explained the various policies and what was considered reasonable wear - and then went above and beyond to replace them. Much more than I expected when I went in. Amazing customer service, this is why I like to buy things in person!

I don't usually return items or write reviews but I had paid a lot of money for shoes that were poor quality, had very little support and once I had tried them on indoors had caused pain in both of my feet. I decided because of this I would return them, when I arrived at the store the female staff member looked clueless and said she had to ask her manager. The manager then proceeds to interrogate me like nothing I've ever experienced before (the store clearly doesn't want to offer returns) he was incredibly rude and cold and when I thought the experience couldn't get any worse I saw the female staff member sniggering by the till, clearly she had nothing better to do than to stand there and bully a customer. The staff should be ashamed. Its a embarrasment for Sketchers as a company. I have never had such a rude and horrible experience in a store before.

Alia went the extra mile and i'm so grateful and I appreciate her patience. She's been running around and making sure I found what I need and she was very nice.

Have been wearing sketchers running shoes for few years now, they are always super light and comfy. The staff in the shop are very friendly and helpful and helped me exchange for a smaller size after the first purchase.

They don’t have the clearest refund policy and could lock you out under fine print. If you can’t try on an outdoor shoe outdoors (especially which doesn’t have immediate give), best to avoid them altogether. Not the same with shoe returns elsewhere. Rigid & unsympathetic staff. Sales is the only mantra.
