went to sell my xbox series x (boxed without a controller) and some airpods said they couldn’t buy the xbox without a controller but said the price they gave me was the price without a controller and couldn’t explain why they wouldn’t buy it. also gave me a price for the airpod at grade c and then stated they needed a clean and wouldn’t buy them . staff are full of crap. if you want to sell anything go to the new cash converters they’ll give you more money and won’t lie and waste your time

Bought a used camera from this store. It wouldn't connect to PC for picture transfer. Staff were very helpful and pinned the problem down to the small cable which was only good for charging. Replacement was done. Very happy customer. A1.

Came in to enquire about a charger for the laptop I'd purchased from Cex. The man I had spoke to was rude and interrupted me during my request, before I could explain, he said 'No we do not have those as there is too many devices bla bla bla. Either way, another customer lost from this rubbish shop. No wonder its empty most of the time. What a shame. Poor customer service is the worst.

Went to sell my iPad today and the two behind the counter need a refresh on their customer service. The ginger one tried implying that I was lying about my iPad coming without a plug when funnily enough I was the one that actually bought the iPad and it DIDNT come with one. The one with the glasses who thinks he’s John Lennon was utterly rude and said my iPad “was worthless without the charger and plug” and told my partner to move out of the way when there wasn’t even a customer waiting. I would have happily provided a charger and plug in order to sell it but after that encounter I don’t want to give them the business.
