Horrible service. Visited the shop with a damaged screen and was asked to pay £70 for a brand new one. Then they fitted it with a damaged screen. I went back and left it with them to fix. I rang after a couple weeks to find out if they had fixed the TV and was told "it's all done and finished". I left to collect it only to be told it wasn't done and that I should come back after a few weeks. Now they're refusing to answer calls or give me a straight answer as to why I can't collect my TV and where it is. Horrible service. Avoid using them. They'll take your money, waste your time and cut contact with you when it suits them.

I had a broken tv and took it to this shop and they fixed it within a few days for a fair price as well. Good service and good price. Definitely recommend
