My extensions look incredibly natural and blend seamlessly with my hair; you can’t even tell where they start! If you’re looking for a blonde specialist who actually cares about the health of your hair, Leah is the girl to see.

Kieren has been amazing as always! I put my full trust in him to do whatever he feels is best, and I always leave feeling glamorous with the perfect colour and cut. I get my hair done by Ella and honestly she is a magician - I come in for a weekly Blowdry and have done for the last year and my hair growth since has been insane! Not only that, Ella has been by my side through all the hair colours, Blonde, Bright Blonde, Bronde, Copper and finally Brunette🥲 She really is a saint and always kept my hair healthy! HOC genuinely is the loveliest salon and would recommend x

She always takes the time to understand exactly what I want and delivering beautiful results every single visit. I booked a cut and blow wave appointment 6 weeks in advance for xmas. The night before I received a message from verity to say their booking system had gone wrong and she wasn't available that morning. Could I change my appointment from 10 am to 12.30. I couldn't change as I had a work xmas lunch that day. She managed to put me in in with Liam at 10.o after s lot of messaging and waiting. Found this stressful and unprofessional. Salon lovley and people pleasant. I had hair to my collar bone which I have been growing this year. I explained this and said previously I had a bob to cihin which I felt made my hair look thinner. I had grown it and had a few layers in it and framed my face I said I wanted a little off the bottom to make it.look tidier a few layers in and my fringe cut in nicely I have come away with a blunt bob just below my ears. I hate it He did take his time and I have no doubt he is a good hairdresser but what happened to listening to your client??? He left me twice for quite a time to talk to other clients that came in for consultations. Felt he had lost interest in me. I pait 50£ for a hair cut that has made me feel dreadful and made me cry when I got home I will not be back As a business. Surely you should look to keeping new clients. Or was my experience because I was new?
