Grange Medical Centre

Terrible service same as every doctors nowadays can't arrange an appointment for 2 days in advance only that day or 2 to 4 weeks, what kind of a joke is this

Linked with Colton Mill Medical Centre. Both services have been exceptional for me as I mentioned in my review for Colton. I’ve always been able to get an appointment in my situation, even during the height of the pandemic when I needed to be seen. The telephone triage is straight forward, to which I’m then referred for a call back from a GP later that morning or early afternoon. I then speak to GP on the phone and explain what I need to explain and then usually invited in to the practice same day to be assessed. I’ve never been refused an appointment. Prescription clerk is also fantastic. If I’ve ever had an issue or if I need to order a specific repeat prescription item that needs clinician review each time, it’s processed within hours of my email and available at my nominated pharmacy within a few days. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my GP - Colton Mill & The Grange Medial Centre. Thanks everyone.

Very ,very poorly sistem. GP and staff ignorant to the needs of the pacient . I hade a blood test in September the results been communicating to me that are perfect no issue ,I went to the private and I redone same blood test and I have a very bad health issue . They are not GP at toll they do not have a clue to treat a pacient . Very poor professionalism.

Ashfield based at the Grange, horrible neglectful health care which encourages mental health to deteriorate to the point of no return. Rubbish "doctors" who use Google for diagnosis.

Receptionists at the grange medical centre are absolutely disgustingly rude! Olga and Elaine should not be in the care industry as there is not one caring bone in their bodies! I have made an official complaint against them both.
