Welcome to Yorkshire

|Take a look back at the celebratory buzz as Chick-fil-A officially opened its doors at 34-35 Commercial Street, Leeds, on 23 October 2025.
From delighted guests to fresh-from-the-kitchen sandwiches, the opening saw the brand’s signature hospitality with a Yorkshire welcome. The newly-launched restaurant is the first locally owned and operated Chick-fil-A in the UK, and promises not just juicy hand-breaded chicken, but also community commitment through its Shared Table® programme.

The new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Leeds will open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 10pm, remaining closed on Sundays. Depending on demand during the opening period, queues may close as early as 8pm to ensure everyone already waiting can be served.
The Sunday closure continues a long-standing company tradition established by Chick-fil-A founder Truett Cathy, who believed team members should have one day each week to rest, spend time with family, or worship if they choose. The Leeds restaurant carries this ethos forward as part of the brand’s commitment to balance and community values.
