|This summer, Leeds is flying the flag for women’s sport in a bold and brilliant way.
To mark a huge season of women’s football and rugby, the popular city-centre sports bar The Brotherhood has transformed into The Sisterhood – a full venue rebrand celebrating the Lionesses and England’s Women’s Rugby World Cup team.

Running throughout July, August and September, The Sisterhood is more than just a name change. It’s a full-blown celebration of women’s sport, complete with a packed programme of community events, immersive matchday experiences, and exciting fan promotions – all designed to bring people together and spotlight female athletes like never before.
Expect confetti cannons, live music, special giveaways, and even a free pint of Heineken for every customer when England scores their first goal of the Euros!
Backed by Heineken and proudly supporting the incredible work of Her Game Too, the campaign aims to promote inclusivity, amplify women’s voices in sport, and engage local women’s football and rugby clubs.
Seema Dhiman, founder and director of The Brotherhood, said:
“The Sisterhood is a statement of solidarity, celebration, and support for women in sport. Whether you’re a lifelong supporter or a new fan, this is your space to be part of something unforgettable.”
Find The Sisterhood at:
- 54 New Briggate, Leeds LS1 6NU
- 2 Mount St, Manchester M2 5WQ
Launched Thursday 12th June.
Don’t miss this unique moment in sport – join The Sisterhood and be part of a summer to remember.
