Motor bulb information pad in store not working. According to the assistant it seems to be commonly not working!. Store assistant looked up 'correct' fitment for car, but when I got it home found it was the wrong fitment. Now have to return to store for refund rather than there being an online option. Not convenient, and I have to return it within 30 days. Come on Halfords you can do better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from James – 26/10/25 Popped in on 26th October for 2 headlight bulbs fitting. The in-store computer recognised my reg but didn’t pick up the correct bulb. James quickly checked on his phone, confirmed the right ones, and sorted it straight away. Very polite, very professional attitude – an absolute credit to the Halfords team. He should be the store manager! Brilliant customer service start to finish.

I had a great experience buying my bike here. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. The service was professional from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or pressured. They made sure the bike was properly fitted and ready to ride before I left the store. Prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality bikes and excellent customer service!

28.11.25 - I collected the new number plates I had ordered today after someone had kindly pulled them off and left them on the road outside my house. A neighbour had glued them back on for me with "no nails" and they were cracked, so it was difficult for the young men who served me to use these old plates to measure up the new ones (and get the screws in the right place). I said they could glue them on if it was easier but they said no, they would try to screw them on first, as this makes them more secure. The store was really busy, with a constant queue (hence having to swap this job between them), but they remained calm, professional and helpful. I hope these two young men are being paid a decent wage, as they are a credit to Halfords. I will definitely go back to this store if I need help in future.

Went here on a busy Sunday afternoon, 3 bulbs replaced, rear wiper replaced, excellent friendly, polite service : job completed in less than 1/2 hour for the total cost of £40-50. Highly recommended! Top lads and lasses.
