Halfords - Leeds Meadow Lane

I’ve been here a few times for separate issues, the staff are friendly and polite and always happy to help. One was a gent that fitted two new bulbs just before the store closed and another was a lovely lady who did my battery straight away today. Got a brand new battery fitted today and they discussed the Halfords premium as it was more beneficial to me and I’d actually save money over the year with it. Quick easy and fast. My only downside is the phone line for Halfords sends you to some call centre in another country, they are helpful but I’d rather speak to an in store colleague.

My husband and I had to visit as an emergency as we are from south wales, visiting Leeds for a concert. On the drive down we experienced an issue with the clutch. Turns out the car needed a replacement clutch, the man at the front desk managed to get the part and staff in to get the vehicle repaired the next day in time for us to travel back home at a reasonable time. The customer service was outstanding and super friendly! Thank you again for sorting so quick and without any stress! :)

Entered your store yesterday at about half5, was immediately greeted by a staff member called Rani (I think) who asked if he could help. I was looking for an engine oil cap urgently. He said the store didn’t sell them but went out of his way to ring around every store (not exclusively a Halfords) and then finally a scrapyard where I managed to get one. The customer service excelled and I was so grateful as I didn’t know what to do. Thank you so much, you made a stressful situation so much better. One of the nicest people I’ve come across.

Quick service, job completed in 15 mins. single low beam bulb was fused, but changed both on recommendation. Most amazing part, I didn't knew that appointment is available for the same day for these small jobs. Next time, won't look outside for these small parts, straight away Halfords.

Second time I’ve come here to buy a bicycle for my son. First visit was around December 2023 and second visit was on 11/07/2025. On both occasions I was served by Pat. Fantastic lady who is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Any questions I had Pat was on hand to help. On the second occasion Pat was able to build the bicycle in time for my son’s birthday. So I was eternally grateful her help and super fast service. Also there was a man there too at the till (sorry I can’t remember your name) and he processed everything too. Overall, very quick, knowledgeable and smooth service. Will be back again when my son grows out of his bike again.
