B&M Store with Garden Centre

Surprisingly large store with a wide variety of goods. Plenty of choice in the food aisles with a great range of brands, followed by lots of great options in homeware and decorative. Store was clean, tidy, well lit and easy to get around, and with enough staff on the checkouts that we didn't wait long there.

I would like to give this place a zero rating because one of the customer service staff members was extremely rude and acted in a racist manner towards me. They did not show me any respect. I paid for my items — nothing was free. If you choose to work in customer service, you should accept and respect people from all backgrounds. If you cannot do that, then you should consider finding another job.

I’ve been to the Middleton B & M over the weekend . I just wanted to say the staff are very proud helpful . Well done , great customer service.

Brand new to Middleton and what a massive store,full of excellent quality items from food to furniture,lots,pans, cleaning products, kitchen ware,a great store with great prices,it's like a modern day Aladdin's cave

I wanted to give a zero star review my mate got assault by the workers because they found he stole something when it was his birthday gift from me and the workers pushed him and ragged the bag out his hand and scream in his face he got upset cause he doesn’t get presents from his friends and he got it taken of him we got it back eventually and all they said was sorry nothing else like a hug or anything
