Appalling customer service in this store. Always has been and from today's experience, always will be. Staff are simply to able to recognise when people need help. Tried to give them another chance today, and same experience. I'll not bother again.

Excellent service, friendly staff and good value. We went in for children's shoes and had an excellent experience.

I take my daughter here on a regular basis and am usually served by a lovely lady named Julie. She has always been friendly, helpful and thorough and of course patient with me as the mother!! She takes her time to check the fitting of the shoes and gives good advice in terms of what's best for little growing feet!!

Having been to the Leeds store to make a purchase, I asked a member of staff whether they had any spare shoe boxes I might have - for several years I have been sending welfare parcels to British troops in Afghanistan and was in need of more boxes. Over the past few years of visiting the shop to collect these shoe boxes, I have found all the staff to be extremely kind, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Their dealings with customers are always of the highest standard, and I look forward to my visits as it's always a pleasure to chat with them when they are not dealing with customers.
