Went to see Wicked For Good on Sunday morning, but we mistakenly booked for the wrong Vue in Leeds. One of the younger staff members and the manager, Ahmed, were incredibly understanding and helped us sort out our booking so we could still see the movie. It was greatly appreciated and we will definitely be back again (with the correct booking next time!)

Nice place to watch a movie. There are many screens and really nice staff who take their time to help out in whatever way they can. There are also a myriad of snacks to buy from the stand, and children/adults can have most of their cravings satisfied. The screens are big and the chairs are very comfortable. I have stayed at the edge and in front, and I still enjoyed my movie because the screens are well positioned to enable viewing from extreme angles. Arriving at the cinema is really easy and the parking is very good. At this cinema, there aren't paid parking spaces, so this reduces the cost of viewing a movie here. The toilets are clean, and access to the viewing hall or toilet is easy even for anyone in mobility assisted vehicle. Apart from the cinema, outside there are other places to visit, several restaurants, fast food and balling centres. It makes for a really good place to have overall fun if viewing a movie isn't the only thing you plan to do.

Went to see Bone Temple here. Ahmed provided exceptional customer service and made the experience extra enjoyable. The seats are also the absolute best
