The manager was utterly useless when I requested a refund for something she had mis sold to me. Avoid shopping here if you can.
Staff are very nice, and lots of products. I hope more products will be locally fabricated, or at least not far from Europe.
I have visited The Works stores in various cities. This Leeds based store is just like any other, simply fabulous. I am amazed how do they maintain same top quality across all the stores. There's wide range of the Christmas decors available at the store for cheap prices. Overall product quality is good.
Great range of Art & Craft material is available over here. The staff is really very helpful and guide you well through their wide range of art merchandises. Prices are quite cheap and overall product quality is outstanding.
The lass at the counter made my day. I accidentally got one of the twine stickers stuck to me and I didn't notice and she said oh look your a roll of twine at first I was confused but she pointed the sticker out to me and I was so amused. It's the little things that can make someone's day... Also £1 twine woohoo
