My order (for 8 x 22 kg bags of Pea Gravel) was safely delivered to me this afternoon by Sam. He called me to announce his arrival (spot on his ETA) and was most friendly and helpful in placing the heavy bags where I asked him to. He appreciated the use of my Trolley (which can carry/move up to 150 kgs) and he's seriously thinking of getting exactly like it himself. Thank you very much, Sam. My delivery was all good! Placed an order online for some concrete blocks which showed in stock at local branch. No contact made re delivery slot so I called them. Blocks not in stock so would be next week at the earliest. Order cancelled and I’ve got them from JT Atkinson. If you fail to keep your website up to date you lose custom I’m afraid.

Friendly and efficient service We have recently received two deliveries of ornamental gravel - great next day service and delivered to specific area of the garden being worked on, saving a lot of wheelbarrow work! Recommended.

A great company, long may they last. I buy online from them and also in store at Leyburn. I've had large items delivered and coordinated separate orders have gone smoothly. Great communication from the Leyburn team and the delivery driver had a can-do attitude. Makes me want to support them rather than buy online from a faceless (and more expensive) global Ecommerce site.
