⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Heavenly Desserts! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so kind, polite, and welcoming + the etiquette of the staff and how respectful/professional they were honestly made our night and added such a personal touch. I came with my friends and we had the best time chatting and relaxing. The place itself is beautiful: very clean, classy, quiet, and peaceful with such a lovely atmosphere. The vibes were perfect and made us want to stay longer. If you’re looking for a place with great service, a calm and cozy environment, and an overall feel-good experience, this is definitely the place to go, especially for students as they do offer a student discount!! We loved it and will 100% be coming back!
Took my Daughter as a treat. She has a milk allergy. There were 2 people working and we were the only ones in as it was 11:30 am. Every part of the experience was perfect. They substituted milk and cream for alternatives that were safe for her and they were amazing. I literally felt that nothing was too much trouble. They were so polite and friendly and the place was spotless. My only gripe. I couldn’t leave them a tip as I was paying by card and had no cash or bank card with me.
Been here so many times, for brunch and dessert and for just coffee, with family and friends, I've said this before to many people, nothing like this in Teeside never mind Middlesbrough. Service for us has always been on point and having worked in hospitality we get sometimes things happen. Keep going guys, I need this place to get through my work emails with cappuccino 😁
Tried the waffles and Eton mess from Heavenly Desserts – both were very yummy! Great quality and definitely worth the money. Also very nice ambiance! 100% would recommend ❤️
Really enjoyed the cheesecake and milk cake here. The cheesecake had a perfect texture, and the milk cake was moist and flavorful. Lost a star as the prices felt a touch high for the portion size. Still, a great treat!
