Richer Sounds, Middlesbrough

Very helpful and knowledgeable,I highly recommend the Richer Sounds store in Middlesbrough . After two visits to store , speaking to David originally ,I booked a demonstration appointment in their private sound room to test out a new turntable and speaker set.This was all set up waiting for me when I got there . Stuart was so helpful , answering questions and giving advice which resulted in my purchase of a new turntable and speaker set. There was no hard sell, i was able to spend a good hour and a half listening to my own records fully testing the system. An overall good value for money experience, plus the free parking out side was also a bonus.

First time visiting richer sounds in Middlesbrough, needed some speakers to get an old turn table working, these guys were unbelievably helpful, the researched the turn table I had for what I needed guided me through the options I had, giving me a demo of the speakers so I could hear them and made sure i was happy with them. Then I needed a new needle, helped me again with this, again explaining my options to me and advising the best option. Left there very happy with my purchase thanks to the amazing experience provided in this store. Think the guys name was Stuart. Thanks again to all the team

I really can’t fault Richer sounds, Middlesbrough. Finally decided to update my streaming amplifier with a Black Friday deal. Shaun, provided an exceptional service to meet my requirements. Highly recommended.

My Panasonic cassette player gave up and Buddy Holly "Not fade away" was now "Fade away. I tried Asda and B&M for a replacement, no joy. I went on a Google search and Richer Sounds came up. I popped down and spoke to Dave, who was very helpful and ordered a "We are Rewind cassette player. The order came the next day. So, with a state of art cassette player with blue tooth, I'm happy to take it on my daily walks with the sounds of Buddy Holly playing "Peggy Sue". Many thanks for the quick and helpful service. 😀

First class service received from the Middlesbrough store. Middlesbrough is not my local store, Newcastle is but they were dragging their heels as I had rang them 3 times and each time I was told we will get back to you. Shaun and Paul from the Middlesbrough store were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was a problem for these guys. I had 3 TVs in mind and I was given so much information on each one which in turn made my decision easy. I normally do things online but the deal I was after which was a TV and bracket, the website would not allow it to go through. I asked for the deal that was advertised on Richer sounds website and Shaun gave it to me without hesitation. Order process simple, communications bang on, items delivered next day by BJS deliveries which were very good also. On inspection of the TV it was found to have a little cosmetic damage to the bezel and after a couple of phone calls was exchanged without any issues at all.. Well done Richer Sounds and well done Shaun and Paul.
