We recently purchased an Audio Technica LP120XUS88K turntable and 🔺 Triangle speakers LN01A 🔊 🔊 from Richer Sounds in Sheffield. We could not be happier! Geoff was fantastic! He assembled the system for a demo in the listening room. We were very impressed and ordered on the spot. We received delivery next working day. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Recently took in our 6 month old Cambridge CXN100 streamer to be checked because it had stopped responding to the remote control. They quickly established that it was the remote that was faulty and replaced it foc even though it had come with an amp we bought several years ago. Thanks. Really impressed

I've just bought a new TV from Richer Sounds, and the service was excellent. I spoke to Olli over the phone regarding a nice new OLED TV I was interested in, a very friendly chap to speak to, he not only price matched John Lewis, but took a further £10 off and extended the warranty. He was straight on it, and arranged to have the TV delivered next day to store, before the Easter weekend so I could collect at my own convenience. Fantastic service and highly recommended. And the TV is fantastic :)

Fantastic service with tip-top advice. Walked out with a cracking deal a new record player and the perfect speakers for an old Technics hi fi system. Definitely recommend
