Had a great experience with these guys when buying a set of bookshelf speakers over the weekend. They provided me with some speaker cable for free, stripped it and provided me helpful advice. When I spoke to these guys, they were very genuine and friendly to talk to. The trainee managed to get me the best price, and is an asset to your team (I forgot his name). It has convinced me to shop with Richer Sounds again when the time comes to replace/upgrade my equipment. Thanks!

Wow what a brilliant shop brought a turntable from the hull shop but it was faulty took it back no questions asked did a swop for me I decided to buy a turntable from the clearance lines the manager reduced it to the same price as the faulty turntable. New turntable is awesome can't thank the manager at richer sounds hull enough. Thankyou. Tim

I called in today (8/11) and was approached by Paul who took so much time with me explaining about the various tv’s and best one for me . So walk in customers are ignored...went into have a chat regarding a sound bar but the guy was on the phone when I walked in not even a "one minute sir will be right with you " just walked in the back and was just ignored. The sign above the door reads proudly employee owned not for much longer with customer service like I received. Shame bought a few things from them I the past.

I have always brought my hifi from Richer Sounds and just recently purchased a Cambridge Audio cd player which is fantastic! I am so glad I have kept my lifetime collection of Cds, I am so enjoying playing them again. My last cd player I purchased in 2005. Always great service and genuine advice.
