Worst hotel ever! Checked in and after informing the receptionist all the issues we left 15 minutes later. The hotel states it is smoke and drug free, but it stank of smoke throughout even in the room. Not a place I wanted my wife and young children to sleep. The sink was badly cracked, one of the single bed headboard was falling apart and the side of the bed base was heavily stained. It gave no safe feeling, so we left and informed Booking.com.
Stayed in room 31 last night with partner as we came from Manchester for a wedding and our hotel in redcar cancelled on us. Was a brilliant 2 night stay, guy behind the receptionist was lovely and sweet, rooms were clean. 100% will be staying again. Thank you
This hotel smelt of cigarettes smoke in the reception, lobby and room. The room had a dirty, carpet that looked like it had never been vacuumed.Bed had never been changed still had body hair on the sheet. Shower was dirty. I left the hotel within 5 mins of going into my room . Avoid it.
This place is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in! I suggest to not stay here it’s over priced not worth the price it’s so dirty there is no toilet in the room you have to share the toilet with the people around you i found a spider in my bed sheets please check the bed sheets before u go in it!! The kettle had a dead insect in it also stank so much please do NOT stay in this hotel not worth the price and it isn’t even clean!:|
Room was, comfortable, clean and tidy, bed very comfortable, shower was powerful and hot. No problem with Wifi Staff were very welcoming. Full English breakfast was great, parking right outside. I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid, so was surprised just how pleasant it actually was.
