Sorry for the late review, Me and my Mum, came into the Middlesbrough Hill Street store , in October, my Mum is a pensioner and disabled, she is not great with technology, Lewis was amazing, taking his time explaining everything to her, helped her upgrade to a better plan, on her broadband and mobile , he even set everything up for her , and as I was also with three, he sorted out my broadband , and explained the refer a friend offer , which he did for us, he was absolutely brilliant, Thank you Lewis
I went into store after phoning three, who were not helpful, with a query about my account. Staff in store were great...Paula and one of the managers were really friendly and helpful, they not only explained things thoroughly, but saved me money. Would highly recommend going into this store.
