Co-op Food - Mirfield - Old Bank Road

Love the staff there, Ann Marie is such a lovely lady grew up knowing her from being really young, lovely communication towards customers and always a helping hand when needed couldn’t recommend this shop enough such cheap deals

I think the Co op on Old Bank Road is well stocked and busy at all times it is open. It’s useful for a top up shop certainly and so nice I have not bern able to drive and my health has not been good , with hospital visits quite frequent and as an inpatient more times than I would like to count then I found the local Co op more useful for shopping than I did back in the past, when I would drive to the bigger supermarkets further afield. Now that I am restricted more I find pleasure in going local for shopping and the Co op, on Old Bank Road is often my go to shop for convenience and the fresh produce does not disappoint either.

Had the misfortune to visit coop green side on Friday 5th January 2024 Usual queue 15 customers long 2 smoking outside not considered staggering break times? 1 serving 2 shaves and a month later got served Took San Miguel to counter and informed It would be nearly £6 more than advertised for 2 packs of beer clearly advertised as £9.85 a pack as in photo Small print offer ended Boxing Day 10 days later not taken price down Avoid Avoid Avoid

The Christmas spirit seems to gave bypassed one of the older members of staff at the Old Bank Co-op. This morning, I waited behind 1 customer at the only till that was staffed. When the customer in front of me left, the lady on the till looked at me and then at the queue that had formed at the newly opened till at the far end of the desk. In a very rude and abrupt manner, in front of several other customers, she implied that I had jumped the queue and that it was not my turn to be served. This awful member of staff needs to learn how to treat customers and act like a member of the 'caring sharing' workforce should do.

shutter down early again and at 9 55. Got told you can get served but you are stopping staff going home. Change your time if you are shutting early.
