Shocking store.poor customer service.Quite a few times I've been in,gone to the till and not one member of staff about.You could just walk out with stuff.Most staff impolite apart from one called Ady.Hes always polite and helpful.Management need to learn more customer service guidelines.Very poor shopping experience.And the extreme price increase on certain items adds to this.Body spray up by 40p.wont ever set foot in this place again.

Manager needs to learn some customer service skills, I'm sure head office will be having words with him, may need to find another career, could I suggest "Traffic Warden?" or some other obnoxious job. One star is too good for him. Other staff member was fine and should be promoted.

The manager was inconsiderate and rude did everything to embarrass my Mum in-front of colleagues and customers, refused to accept the return OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT despite having seen cctv footage himself of the purchase being made earlier on in the day. After making my Mum the laughing stock then proceeded to threaten her that theyll ban her from the store. I didn’t know that people still behave like this I am beyond disgusted and disappointed.

I called the store to ask if a product was in stock as my local store weren't answering the phone, the guy who answered said they had it in stock so I travelled out of my way only to find it wasnt in stock at all he also told me my local store was closed which was a lie as well, so in store the sanitizing of baskets would of been zero if I didn't ask for something to clean my basket with and safe distancing was also not being put into practice the way 2 staff members were digging a deeper hole with their answers to my questions about the fact I had been lied to and didmt need to travel as I found out my local store was not closed atland also had the product in stock so thanks for nothing ravensthorpe store a for wasting my time

A very accessible store, with pleanty of varity of goods on offer, the locality is great with ample parking near the store entrance and staff are always helpful. Worth a visit
