Desperately needs an inspection by head office. A total mess. Very dingy, mouldy, smelly, dirty and depressing. Windows are all blocked up so no natural light coming in. The staff should be complaining about this because I’m pretty sure it’s against employment law to do that. Speakers are broken so they play a horrible muffled sound over the fake music. Very poorly stocked despite having huge amount of storage space in the premises. Either understaffed or the staff are not doing a good job - trolleys of stock everywhere and shelves which haven’t been stacked. Shelves which have been stacked are mostly a mess. Bizarre location for a shop like this with no parking anywhere so people park on double yellows outside the front door. The fact this company are somehow making this shop work to the point where it is still doing business to this day completely blows my mind. It should be a case study for economists. Desperately needs improvement, renovation and overhaul.

Bloody brilliant, best prices I've seen anywhere in Scarborough. Should move into the town centre because it's a shame to see it so quiet with it being so out of the way. A move to the town centre would be the best thing for this business. Excellent shop indeed.

I use to visit pound stretcher in my local town until it closed. It was always clean and well presented. The Scarborough store looked messy and the door handle was sticky and dirty when I left the store.

Wonderfull shop the staff are beyond excellent work hard and are so helpful I no I'm a pain but have I left a multi coloured walking stick in your shop please

Great shop and a great range of products however it isn't very accessible to wheelchair ussers. For a wheelchair user to access the store firstly you have to try and grab a staff members attention by shouting into the store as there is no other means of getting assistance and then they have to clear a way into the store through the goods entrance for you to be able to get both in and out the store.
