Visited early evening today, what polite staff,served by a lovely young man who chatted while I purchased my goods,good to know customer service is still valued in some stores 😀

I have shopped here regularly for a few years now, and the range of some products has got worse just recently. In particular the things I buy from here most often, crisps, biscuits and cat food had very little choice yesterday. The prices here are good but I'd be better off going to b&m as they do have lots of choices.

Good prices, stock is once it's gone it's gone. But staff service on the till is dreadful. Far too many occasions where theres been 5 in a queue and only 1 on the till and 2 have been stood on an aisle talking... oh and the new girl is the only one that packs your bag others are too lazy.

I feel like Poundstretcher is becoming so over priced. Other competitors are definitely cheaper on most products. I found this out at Christmas when I wanted a large gift bag. £2.99 was the cheapest bag in Poundstretcher. I refused to pay that so I tried B&M.. they had the exact same bag, literally... For 99p. Seems outdated too, never any new stock.

I'm a regular here and my cat loves the choices. The stock rarely differs but the service is tops! Very good prices at this shop!
