Really dirty shelves in fish and meat sections. I have reported twice to management of store over the last 4 weeks and still nothing done.

Large store in a very nice location. The store itself is nice and well-organized, but it could have been much better. The bakery section is good, and they have a nice collection of flowers. The home section is pretty small though. The staff are nice and helpful. The parking area on the outside is massive. It is easy to reach by bus as well.

Empty shelves in all fruit and veg areas, on Friday later afternoon. The floor was filthy, mouldy produce on display. I used to do all my shopping here but I’m tired of empty shelves, less choice and dirty store. I’m now doing most of my shopping elsewhere- you need to up your game !

This store has really gone down hill in recent years. They now have amongst the worst checkouts in Leeds. No staff, long queues, self service with a locked exit until you scan receipt. Expensive, dirty, goods not fresh, frozen fish section pathetic. Store is getting really run down, staff is grumpy and unhelpful (some of the very few checkout staff are great). Supervisors and management are poor, really poor. Poor maintenance of the trolleys, if you can find one. Used to be a great store with friendly staff, now it's terrible, I blame this sort of thing on management, it has no standards and customers are treated so badly.

Been a customer since we moved to the area in 2011. Now an employee but a customer 1st and foremost. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and take far more abuse and negative comments from customers than ever. Totally Unacceptable. For a person to be called an old bag rude and a liar just because they are following a process and the customer doesn't like the answer doesnt warrant negative hurtful comments SIR
