Asked for a latte and bacon bun to take out, they had given me a flat white, and the bacon bun was disgusting, tasted dreadful, put it in the bin. Truly the worst place I've ever been. They should be ashamed of serving this dreadful food. 😡😡😡
What happened to service with a smile? The 2 young lads serving yesterday very obviously don't want to be there, they are sullen, no eye contact, no thanks, no words at all!. The last time I was in the older one tutted when I asked for a drinks carrier! I felt sorry for the gentleman behind me in the queue who was all smiles until he saw their faces, his face fell. Not good. I'll be going to Cafe Neros from now on
I had one of the best coffee in this Costa made by a girl called Stella, lovely girl great service and lovely to talk to. Well done
This costa has improved so much lately, the staff are a lot more professional and it’s a lot cleaner will definitely go back. Keep up the good work 👋🏻
I didn't actually use the cafe but a young, ginger haired male member of staff was in the toilet at the same time as me and left without washing his hands @ roughly 2pm on 28 October 2023.
