Can you tell your staff at Co op Garage, to ask customers if they have Co op card..they just too quick to want money before I even got my card out of my purse, by that time I've paid full wack and its too late! At the other Co op it's first thing the ask!

Paid for £10 of petrol and the needle didn't move. Faulty pump but they said they won't refund me. Not helpful staff wanting me to pay to fill up a jerry can. Why should I pay to fill up their jerry can so they can argue a point when I had video and photo evidence that I paid for no fuel to be pumped. The man was so aggressive that I just left. He said that £10 is only 5L of fuel and in a 1.4 honda that only equates to 19 miles. Even though my car doe 43MPG. I topped up at another petrol station and I got 120 miles and 1/4 of a tank of fule for £9.99 so his logic doesn't work unless they are charging £10 for 100ml of fuel. Dispute opened with bank and trading standards informed

Typical over-priced fuel station food! They charge around 5p per litre more for fuel than other fuel stations! Their store items are often over priced. It’s your typical over-priced convenience store
