Halfords - Northallerton

Last 2 orders placed with this shop have either been missing items or not turned up at all even though received text and email to say order was in store. Staff didn’t seem particularly interested in resolving my issue and when speak to customer services you get someone who doesn’t understand you. A £45 order that would have turned into £400+ sale has gone begging and In todays climate you would have thought they would have been more interested in helping

Chris was awesome, he is a motorbike guy too, so gave me very valuable information on products he uses himself and why, also recommended some very useful things I should have, which I ended up buying. He really knew his stuff and was extra helpful with fitting knowledge. (I refused fitting to do it myself so instead he advised me). Very smart, very kind, and I offered to go on a ride sometime with him and his friends :)

Arrived late in the day in need of a new battery not realising the battery needed to be coded to the car as it has stop start technology. Even though it was late the guys agreed to fit it and code it for which I am extremely grateful. Excellent service. Thank you.

The store had the car shampoos that I was wanting and a good store assistant helped me to find one which proved difficult to find. A bonus was that I got but one get one half price so a very successful visit and store.
