Great place to shop for outdoor clothing and everything else that goes with it. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Excellent prices, specially with membership card, which is £5 for the year.
Fantastic and attentive staff! We travelled from York to have a look at the bikes. They have an amazing reasonably priced selection. The gentleman we saw was helpful with his knowledge on all the bikes! Many thanks great experience 5*
My son went to get some trousers for a hiking trip, he lives at home and wanted to use our family membership, sadly it had expired and was told he'd have to pay £38 not the membership £30. At no point did the sales clerk suggest he buy a new membership for £5!! Sure my teen was plonker but surely good customer service would have meant she suggest it (I suspect it is policy not to so they charge the higher price). It's fallen so far from the Mitchel days it's un-recognisable. :-(

Went there the other day and got served by a lovely young lady (Maisie i think she was called), the clothing item I wanted was out of stock but she was ever so helpful and provided a bunch of alternatives. She is an asset to your team! I will definitely be visiting here in the future
