Special thanks to Joanne at customer service! Great Waitrose and it’s been my local store for my weekly shop. Annoyingly last week I left a couple of items behind and didn’t realise until I got home. I contacted the online support team who never responded (although they might yet respond). So I decided to drive back in - explained the situation and Joanne kindly resolved everything and looked into it. Great service, and again, a great supermarket.

Slightly underwhelming experience if I'm honest. Lots of gaps and cages on the shop floor making it hard to navigate around. I know it's Waitrose but the pricing of some items seems astonishingly high (cereal for example). That said, the staff were superb and I didn't have to wait long when waiting at the checkout.

Friendly staff Free coffee as you walk in... You need 'my waitrose app' on phone. Bring your own mug or disposable cup. And a lid. Tea bags available. Why not.... Needs a purchase store items though.

Waitrose is a brilliant shop. The staff were ever do helpful. I needed a bath loofah, but they did not have one. They then asked around and worked out another shop, in the village of otley, would have what I needed. Proper service.
