Co-op Food - Haworth - Station Road

Just been in to the co-op and the tall young guy at till chewing chewing gum cocky attitude. Asked if he could bag my shopping for me an he said il give you bag you do it. I said be helpful if you can. As ive a shoulder injury. He still didnt and practically throwing my stuff down no exageration. When i placed money down he threw my change oncounter. Im absolutely disgusted with how i was treated. Its bad enough in Haworth Co-op Slow service absolute caos. Unhelpful staff. Il be taking things further

I've tried that online shop three times now. Shoulda stopped after the first, but I really wanted that coop to be better. Every order's never arrived, and chasing them up is useless. That manager needs to get her act together; someone needs to pick and deliver orders when they come in. Not leaving customers chasing refunds – terrible customer service! That store's ruining the coop's reputation.

Chaos at the self service checkouts. Baskets everywhere, nearly every scan needed and attendant and then the card payment didn't work.

The car park is terrible, the entrance which is also the exit causes numerous problems as the space is very limited

What a total dump. Dirty and untidy with goods dangerously obstructing floors and aisles. Almost no staff, counters unmanned, no help when self service checkouts fail (which they did). Post Office counters unmanned and no service. Moderately good selection of goods but nothing like a proper supermarket. Co-op management and staff, hang your heads in shame. Update - visited January 2024. Getting a little better but still fairly poor ... Update - visited June 2024 - much the same. Also the Post Office counter is so unreliable that it is no longer listed as a pick-up point by Amazon. Seems that the Co-op are seriously deficient in management skills. Couldn't organise an imbibation in a beer manufactory. Update June 2025. Getting worse. On last visit a serious spill of liquids on the floor was not mopped up. Some of the staff try hard but are not really up to the job, others don't even try. Almost always one or more self-checkouts has an issue.
