Lovely staff, always really helpful and supportive. All the negative reviews regarding prescription times shouldn’t come as a surprise given how many people use the service and how many people physically visit given it’s joined to the GP surgery. The site needs more staff on hand if anything.
Asked for information on cough medicine and was given completely the wrong advice - the cough medicine I was recommended was not helpful and was not cheap. - not the first time the pharmacist has not been helpful . Will steer clear of that place in future
Very friendly and helpful staff. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online and they notify when ready in usually 5 days but will look to finding them in emergency. Sometimes very busy.
Ordered my repeat prescription 11 days ago and still not ready. I also went last week to pick up another item and they said nothing had been sent to them after arguing with them for some time the pharmacist came and said to check another system which they found it on. I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy and would not recommend it to anyone.
Late in full filling prescription. Forget to text prescription ready. May have to make couple of trips as don't have meds or not enough. Some times queues are out of door, leaving elderly and infirm standing in cold weather. Sure the staff get sick of complaints. Something needs adjusting with the way this Boots is run.
