Fantastic service by one of the most helpful, cheerful, professional retail staff members that I have ever met. Karen was great, I called to check if an item was in stock as I didn't want to go in these uncertain times and fill the shop unnecessarily. She went out of her way to go and check then called me back to confirm and said she would put it to one side for me. She was so cheerful and helpful and it really made my day.
