B&M Store

Not a bad B&M. Parking looks a nightmare though due to the location.

Great shop stocking many items, food, household items, toys and electrical appliances. Highly recommended.

Stopped here today for a few essentials and was appalled how staff spoke to a young lady in a wheelchair. They were so rude , one of the staff started shouting and then stormed off the till. The lady who served me started complaining about the job , I told her that the other store assistant shouldn’t have spoken to the young lady the way she did. The poor lady in the wheelchair was crying outside the store. It was horrible to see. Absolutely disgusting from the staff

Always a pleasure to walk around B&M Stores.We use the Skelton one quite regular with it being nearby.However we do use Guisborough, Redcar and Coulby Newham stores often.The staff are particularly helpful and the stores clean.Always similar stores nearby,but, i do believe that B&M offer value for money & choice many times on branded goods which is always a bonus.

Thankyou to the 2 lovely members of your staff, the lad upstairs ( tattoos on his head) carried down the table I bought, he saw I was struggling and came straight over and a girl down stairs slim with glasses carried it to the back door and even offered to lift it in the car. Thankyou so much you lovely pair, you were absolute stars!!!
