Think the main thing is they are expensive. Lets not beat about the bush here. HOWEVER, branded items aside, they are making an effort to price match Aldi and they also have there own value for money range Stamford Street, which isn't too bad to be fair.

The produce is fine but the payment system is terrible. Never anyone at a till. Disinterested staff at the self checkout who are not attentive to customer service

Visited here today at about 12'oclock Did quite a big shop so went to the till instead of self checkout Put my first item out of my trolley and straight away the staff member started scanning at speed She then started asking for payment before I'd packed My shopping ended up just thrown in the bags .Not a pleasant shop Only one on the till so maybe she felt she had to rush No conversation or pleasantries When I've shopped at morrisons they wait until you've emptied your trolley and ask if you need help packing Think that's going to be where I go from now on .

The staff are very friendly & helpful. A small store but usually well stocked but the fresh vegetables seem to be lacking. Not sure if it's a supplier issue or not enough ordered. A small clothing department also well stocked & a good variety of clothing crossed the board. A very clean, well looked after store.

Cancelled a order after they had been picking it for 2 hours no shops open now looks like I'll go without thanks
