Stayed here whilst on the Way of the Roses bike ride. Bike stored securely overnight. Room lovely (though do look at the gallery photos if you like to lie in bed watching the Tele). Location great, only 15 mins walk to the centre where you'll find the cathedral and Wetherspoons! Breakfast good. Friendly host. Great place to stay.
Lovely friendly family run old-fashioned (in a good way) B&B where breakfast of your choice is freshly made for you. Refreshing change from chain hotel buffet breakfasts. Very clean spacious rooms.
Lovely guest house. stayed in a big room with en-suite bathroom. Proprietors Scott and Emily were fantastic, breakfast lovely and plenty of parking nearby. I walked into the city approx a 10 minute walk. I would not hesitate in recommending Fountain House as a great place to stay in Ripon. just been up to stay this week. Again, would recommend wholeheartedly! Thanks Scott & Emily for making my stay as wecoming as always.
Fabulous place to stay! Beautiful people, good standard and probably the best porridge I had. Stayed there twice and if I'm ever back in Ripon I will book with them again. One thing I didn't like is the laundry detergent they use. I don't like smell of the sheets.
The owner was brilliant. Very friendly and accommodating, came and met me at the car and helped with my belongings. The breakfast was one of the best I've had staying at a hotel. Would definately recommend and would stay again.
