Tesco Extra

The store overall is good and has good variety of products and friendly enough staff. The reason for my 1-star is an unpleasant experience when I went to their pharmacy and asked for a medicine sharing my medical condition. They recommended a syrup that made my condition worse. When I looked at the small font on the medicine, it clearly stated that it is not supposed to be taken in that medical condition. When I contacted them, they did not pay much attention and said their manager would get back. Many months and many emails later, I am still waiting.

Never again, I use this shop regularly as the staff are nice and it's convenient. But those self service conveyer belt tills are awful, you put all your goods through and then have to stand as long packing, they take twice the time of a normal till, I bet whoever thought of those had never used them, shocking concept.

Good selection and friendly staff. Only complaint is the Cafe prices make you feel like you're being robbed and the quality of the food and coffee is just nothing to praise. If it was cheaper then it'd be more acceptable. Carpark is dodgy at night, homeless and people trying to flog you lifted items.

you should really hire a florist or a flower caretaker as so many of your poor beautiful flowers which are grown through hard work are dying and are dehydrated as they have no water!!!

So today i went to the Tesco with my 2 toddlers. I’m a single dad, shopping with my offspring’s is quite difficult and challenging so I always opt for checkout with cashier. As always I was tired and distracted while unloading all my weekly shopping on the belt and couldn’t understand why am I queuing for so long, why is the cashier taking so much time. My kids are crying, I’m running out of patients…Then I looked up and I realised that this was another self checkout. They turned the normal checkouts to more self checkouts��🤬🤬🤬🤬 I will never return to this store again, what a joke.
