A DIY store/ trade supplies that works am a catalogue system or a click and collect.it works well and the prices are quite competitive , but due to the size of the store - stock levels aren't huge and some items have to come from regional centre, therefore you may have to wait a day or two, but popular items are pretty much instant. Staff are always helpful.

Busy at the weekend. Must order before you visit but it's not made clear. I saw a couple of people unaware and it's not posted that I can see and even on the website doesn't state it. Well stocked place with nice staff. Prices are fair. Car park soon fills up when busy.

Amazing experience!! Huge bathroom renovation. Helen helped me tremendously. Fortunately, she wasn't working on trade side that day (some idiot ran his van into building)! Helen was very patient with me as we planned out relocating all 4 pieces of a bathroom, water supply and waste for all, subfloor and exterior into stack. Spent about 2 hours with her and we didn't miss anything!! Thank you so much Helen!!!

Five stars for the lovely lady that served us, Mandy! She was very chatty and knowledgeable, she helped us find the correct light fitting we was after quickly and with patience :)
