On a dark and wet Monday night just before closing I rock up asking for weird batteries. And the very helpful young man serving found them! Excellent service. Now I know where they are hidden I will certainly use again. Thank you😊
First visit, I tend to use the competition down the road tbh I didn't even know this branch was here as it's all the way in the back. Ordered online and was it ready in about 12 minutes. A few parking spaces there but it's awkward with other businesses in the same lot and I couldn't drive off because of a couple of vehicles looking for a space who all arrived at the same time.
Caden served me this morning, he's a helpful and handsome young man! I'm not taking my wife there otherwise she'll be back more often!
Started using toolstation over the last few months a bit more than competitors due to good pricing and a consistent 5% discount for trades. Jenny has been very friendly, helpful and chatty. A few of the other staff have started to recognise me and often get my orders ready for the moment I walk through the door which has been a great time saver. Thanks toolstation. See you again soon!
Quick service on the click and collect but the actual service in store was really bad. She asked what was on the order to go get it rather than checking the order on the system. Asked if they had any parcel tape in store as we forgot to put it on the click and collect order and rather than checking the stock she just said no. Quick check online shows they had 20+ in stock meaning she just couldn't be bothered to do her job.
