The Plough is situated in the pretty village of Scalby, just outside Scarborough on the North Yorkshire coast and is the perfect gateway to the North York Moors National Park

This friendly village pub/restaurant prides itself on offering quality food, an interesting variety of local craft ales, a fine selection of spirits and wines as well as stylish accommodation all in a comfortable and gorgeous setting.

If you join us for food you’re in for a treat. We offer a delicious and varied menu along with our weekly changing Specials board. You can enjoy good great food whether you fancy a bite to eat at lunch, evening dining or a relaxing Sunday lunch in our bar or restaurant. Dogs are most welcome in our bar with their well behaved owners.
