About an hour ago these two guys came into the shop and asking for free food. When the staff told them they can not offer free food. Then these two guys started harassing them. Me and my friend popped into the store and the guy probably manager explained what was happening. Now I see this guy named LINCOLN HUDSON put negative reviews cause this shop didn’t gave them free food. It’s hard to do business on the street now a days. I feel sorry for the people on shift today.
just about 30 minutes ago two guy popped into the store and asking for free food. When the employee said that they can not offer food for free. One of the guy named LINCOLN HUDSON” reviewed for wrong order, over charged. How much disgusting and disgraceful a person can be !! He should be ashamed himself. Using iPhone 17 pro max while looking for free food ! Disgusting their parents should be ashamed of themselves.
Staff was certainly unhelpful. I dont mind them not knowing the allergens of the food but a staff member had to move a rack of crisps for me to be even able to see the allergens list. That says it all, they dont know about allergens at all, I said I was dairy intolerant, the fact that the staff member that served me didn't know what that ment😞. I dont know how good the sandwiches are but the jacket potatoes are abysmal.
Appalling service! The use of screens to order a sandwich is just stupidity. It doesn't speed up the process, people just end loitering around. People want to see what they are choosing not stare at a screen. Then staff come over when stuck. May as well just go back to face to face. Staff very UNHELPFUL and subway should visit this store and sort it out. Wont visit again! Multiple people saying the same
Horrible Experience at Subway – Shockingly Rude Staff! @SUBWAY #Subway Absolutely unacceptable behavior from one of the employees at Subway. I went in to place a simple order and while other was making the food, she kept behaving aggressively for no valid reason. When I calmly asked about her behavior, she said, “I won’t serve you,” in front of everyone. She even had the audacity to say, “Don’t teach me how to run my business.” Extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely out of line. Thankfully, the other employees stepped in, apologized for her behavior, and completed my order. I appreciate their effort, but this kind of customer treatment is beyond unacceptable. Subway seriously needs to review how this staff member is representing their brand. If this is the kind of experience customers have to face, it’s no wonder people are losing trust in big chains. Do better, @SUBWAY.
