Always go in to Selby store to buy my flavoured water and few other bits but today what a disappointment I bought my usual and also spotted some cans of Pepsi multi pack with a half price sticker on as had been opened and few cans missing got to till and said was £11.00 down to £9.50 I pointed out it should be half price as stated. Manager was called waited just over 8 minutes for him to be rude toward me and said that the half price sticker should not be on there as it's £9.50 and he walked away and put the pack on other till. All I then said well you need to remove the half price sticker and walked out.

Placed an order on line & 9 items were substituted. 2 delivery guys walked up my driveway but only one was holding bags. I said, "I do not want any of the substitutions" they looked at me clueless. So I went through the bags & gave them backs the items I did not want. I had a terrible feeling that this duo would cock up the return & I was right! Having still not received confirmation of the refund the following day, I telephoned the store but no answer. Then I telephoned head office, who contacted the store, apparently my returns had not arrived in the store. I was asked to wait until the duty manager arrived. What a load of inconvenient, time-consuming palava. I told the operative I was not willing to wait & he duly offered the refund there & then. However, it begs the question, what happened to the missing returns & how can you trust this store with future orders, if they cannot manage a simple refund of returns? The service in the Selby store is not great in general & the stock levels are very low. One wonders about the capability of the manager?

Ordered online for delivery, waited in all afternoon only for the driver to cancel. Store doesn't answer their phones so had to call central customer service to arrange redelivery. If I hadn't chased, they would have just kept my money and not tried to deliver. Won't use again.

Absolutely usless for delivery drivers. If your order wait 2 hours or not being done do not be supprised. Nobody care to collect anything. So drivers canceled all orders. One by one.

Best supermarket for miles. Loads of deals, amazing food, genuine brands and even a selection of house products and hygiene products. You can get frozen items, fresh food, a huge amount of crisps, biscuits, drinks and so much more!!!
