Halfords - Sheff Kilner (Sheffield)

I popped into Halfords today & was really impressed. It could’ve been a stressful experience but the two gentlemen who helped me were honestly the nicest guys, so friendly, informative & reassuring. They put me at ease straight away & explained everything clearly. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much for making my experience less stressful 🚗✨

Went with expectation of having to buy a new radio for my car as it has never worked since I got the car. Jack checked my radia and said all it needed was a new fuse. He also corrected my display so it showed the correct time and date. Recommend Jack, he was very polite and helpful, also saved me buying a new radio (fuse cost £5).

Went to Halfords Kilner Way looking for a new bike for my son.... honestly the young lad that served me (didn't get his name sorry) was absolutely brilliant did everything he could to get me the best deal. The bike was on a managers special anyway so was alot cheaper then it should have been and then he imfomed me of another deal.... if you bought a lock you got so much off the lock and the bike which made it even cheaper!!. Honestly cannot fault the service i got... the bike had a safety check and with in 30 mins I was on my way home.... now to hide it !!. Thank you Halfords your staff really are very helpful and caring towards the needs of the customer!.

Visited the Kilner way store for a click & collect & also some engine oil, the staff were helpful in ensuring I had selected the correct product

I went there initially today to buy some pedals for a bike, then I could not get my car boot open. One person helped me open my boot for free and then another put pedals on the bike for free. I thought it was very good of them, Thank you very much to both of you. i really appreciate it.
